I've got the two new Leeds sims and I've installed them successfully and they open okay BUT they're stuck in Demo mode as I cannot allocate the licences to my laptop I run SimSig on.

Now the Licence Manager on my Laptop makes NO mention of the Leeds Multipack sims BUT if I click on my account on the website it shows both and says the licence has not been allocated yet.

I'm confused!!!!

Could you give me a bit more detail please. When you say you can't allocate the license what's the problem? Doesn't show in your license manager? Allocates but sim still thinks it's in demo mode?

Neither of the new Leeds sims show up in the Licence Manager even though I have just downloaded and installed them via updates on the Loader.

If I click on my account on the SimSig website, it shows I have brought them but no licences allocated to them so when I fire up the sims, for obvious reasons as no licence is allocated it thinks it's in Demo mode.

Just a general point, downloading and installing a simulation is completely separate from the license manager, you don't need a license to install a simulation. And you don't need to have it installed to view it in the License Manager.

I've manually issued you licenses for Leeds Ardsley & Leeds North West. (The website had incorrectly given you a multibuy license) Let me know if you still have an issue.

Just a update for some reason the Licence Manager has just woke up and has allowed me to allocate the licences - Is there now a delay from installing the sims to the licence manager allowing you to allocate licences?

Lest I can now route learn the new sims!

Hello, I also bought a multibuy for Birmingham New Street, Coventry, and Wolverhampton. This is shown as a multibuy in my licenses but it hasn't gone to my license manager. Is this the same issue? Thanks

You should now see the separate licenses available to allocate. Sorry about any delay.

I'm having a similar problem with the 2 new Leeds sims which I purchased yesterday. In my account on the website they are showing as multi-buy, but are not showing up at all in the License Manager. ( No problems with East Coastway which was purchased at the same time).
I would be grateful if you could look into this for me.
( I also had 'Demo' mode on other multi-buy sims purchased before the update, but they all seem to be working again now).

Having the same issue; Sims bought, Paypal receipt received but no licences in the manager. Other recent purchases have been instant.

Hi!

I have tried to allocate my licence for Leeds East/West for a few days now, and i still get an error massage saying:

Unable to login: Invalid username or password (error code -12).

And if I try to use the "Forgot password?" I am forwarded to a website showing :

404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

I hope anybody can help?

The license was automatically issued at 14:13:42, you need to login to the license manager in order to allocate it to your computer.
