hi i have 5 bought games new st-e/burgh/oxford/plymouth & west hampstead which i have allocated all to my lap top but for some reason all have been allocated to another machine and not my main pc which says the same thing [ demo mode only ] i have not requested any re allocation and wish them all back onto my lap top can you look into this for me please many thanks - den Log in to reply |

Open the License Manager, and go to Tools-> Request and unlock for ALL licenses. An Administrator will unlock the licenses for you (usually within a few hours of the request), and you'll be able to allocate them back to your laptop.
