In short, I'm creating a custom timetable and wan to know certain points. 1. When a train exits Anglesea siding, I get the message about the train departing the siding, yet when the train is due to depart, I never see the headcode popup nor does the train actually depart. 2. What's the timetable say about time it takes to get from Anglesea to Lichfield City because none of the official timetables cater to Anglesea. Thanks in Advance A tad dumb but still learning Last edited: 24/07/2021 at 01:59 by Controller Dan Reason: None given Log in to reply |

You have to manually interpose the TD at AN157 (Right click >i or select Interpose option) in reality that's what the signalman does. Developers can enable the auto interposing and some do, sometimes depending on the difficulty level. The line is some 4 miles long so at 20mph that's about 12 minutes before an entering train will arrive at the signal, you can check it's moving through the f2 table. Have you sent a train into Anglesea before one is due to come out? The branch is one train working so what goes up must come down so to speak. A train won't enter unless the branch is occupied

Had you validated your timetable ? If a train's timetable is not valid, it will not enter. You need to answer the phone and give permission when the train is wanting to enter. As noted by Peter, you will need to interpose the TD yourself, one reason for the phone call. Attached a one train timetable that has been tested. Bill Post has attachments. Log in to view them.
