I've not seen this issue before so I thought I'd report it. On the attached save 6O59 is due to enter the sim at 00:47. It never enters. When I check the TT I see that it has a delay of -49. The reason it hasn't entered is that it wants to enter before the TT starts. Probably not TT or sim related. Screen attached. Tim.

What locations do you have after this, and when you press Validate, what does it say?

This is the Nov 2022 TT (based on the UID) There is a rule that states: 6O59/H248322 appears 15 minutes after 6O59/H248320 leaves the area And there is a 1 in 3 chance that 6O59 ran from Bardon Hill into Mantle Lane to do its RR.
