Hi guys, I recently upgraded my laptop to Windows 10 and find that all my purchased sims are not able to be accessed. I have right clicked on the sims and only get the option to purchase them again. I have tried to allocate them to this machine but that option is shaded out. Can anyone advise, in plain English, how I can get around this. I need my SimSig fix and I ain't getting it. Good morning, First thing to check is that you are correctly logged in to the Loader. There will be a green tick next to the username and password boxes on the first screen. If you are and they still aren’t showing up, if you locked any licences to your laptop you may need to request they are unlocked by using this page https://www.SimSig.co.uk/License/MyLicenses Steve Log in to reply The following user said thank you: Coolah |
