Fantastic stuff. Loved the zoom so much I went about as green [with envy] as the stem on a daffodil! Don't blame for you being surprised at the signaller giving priority to that other up Chiltern train, I was also surprised. Watching that video also surprisingly helped me learn something new as I was wondering about the white aspect in-between the two main aspects for the Central Line. Thanks for sharing. The white aspect is explained here: http://www.davros.org/rail/signalling/articles/central.html What it means, roughly, is that trains may proceed if they're under either ATO or ATP ("Coded Manual" ![]() You also see white aspects on the Victoria Line, though they're lunar white. Log in to reply |

Thanks for the link Clive. How depressing to find all speeds in km/h. As someone approaching more senior years I much prefer imperial mph!
