I am enjoying playing this, but I note that several up freight trains routed into the up loop at Panteg are too long to fit

I'm sure the timetable writer will take a look when he gets back from Australia, however can you give us a clue on which trains are causing an issue? Incidentally I'm told that some trains have this problem in real life since some where extended in length. I am having a problem with the HST services coming into Hereford Platform 1 from Ledbury blocking access to Platform 2. !W00 is a case in point as the train sits in platform 1 for over an hour !

It's tight in real life and they weren't quite stopping close enough if it was a 2+8. As a temporary measure you can edit the TT to show Far End Exact for the stopping position rather then Default or you can instruct the train to shunt forward through F2.

Due to my not paying enough attention to his TT, I pulled all off on the Down at Craven Arms for 3S71 instead of putting him in the loop as booked, and then cross him over to go back to Shrewsbury. I've just realised my error as he is approaching Hereford! Should he not have either:- a) queried the route when he was signalled main line at Craven Arms, or b) come to a stand behind CA21 Sig, instead of just keeping going? That said, I did see this happen once in real life when an engine in the process of running round a tank train on the Dn Goods at Derby North just kept going beyond St Marys and had to be stopped at Little Eaton Jn, with the bobby asking the dvr when he came on the SPT where he thought he was going! Regards, Phil. Last edited: 08/11/2018 at 11:33 by Phil-jmw Reason: None given Log in to reply |

Should he not have either:-There's definitely an issue here. 1.0.7 has just landed on the updater to fix a few issues with paths to reversing locations. I've deliberately not included a fix for this issue for now, I need to have a think about what is the best thing to happen, and to get some opinions from the testing team on how that should be handled. Apologies that it's not fixed as quickly as I would normally like to but it's a bit of an edge case issue.
