It would be nice if we could apply 'virtual' Sticky Notes to the Monitor Screen, rather than the Diagram 'behind' the screen, so that the note is in front of you all the time rather than elsewhere on the Diagram. (Yes, I know I could just buy a pad of sticky's and do it IRL, but, y'know . . . Paper waste an' all that) Also, the ability to change Font Colours in the Scratchpad in order to differentiate Train ID's, Times, Platform No's etc. When everything you write is Cyan, and you're bashing e.g. Carlisle with the 79-80 TT, it gets a little messy . . . There should be a sticky notes application that coems with your operating system you could use, which would operate independently of SimSig

I may be misunderstanding you but if you right click on your computer it brings up Sticky Notes. I use them to put times in Post has attachments. Log in to view them. Log in to reply |

The OP may be looking for a sticky note referenced to the main SimSig window (ie not the whole track diagram graphic) and so one that would save and reload with the sim. Thinking sideways, would a new window (like 'messages'that is a free text entry box do the job ? How many would use it ? Bill Log in to reply |
