Working my way through it. A spotted one thing so far:

0H04 which enters from the Parcels Dock at 05:42, is supposed to reverse in Backing Out Road 1, and head to platform 7, however it doesn't reverse. Had to reverse manually.

Confirmed, had got a 'pathing stop' not 'stop&go' so did not reverse

Will check for similar, meantime beware of any entries from parcel dock before letting them in.

Seems to have been the only one with the wrong set down type.
Originally no trains had times for BOR, but I added a few times where there were (potential) clashes.

Will produce an update once a couple of people have been through

5A62 heads to the Down C.S. shunt neck, becomes 5B67 and stays there for like 7 hours. However, it has to go into Shunt Neck #1 as thats the only one that is long enough, so it might be worth adding that to the timetable.

Also, 2A74 doesn't have an arrival time.

5A74 (2040 departure) is scheduled from Platform 4 via the Backing Out Roads, however you can't get to the Backing Out Roads from Platform 4.

5G19 is scheduled via the UECL and also scheduled into Platform 3. Both those things aren't possible.

I think the timings of 0G181 and 1G18A are off by 24 hours, I think they should be 25:xx rather than 01:xx

Can't you use Up Engine Line 2 to get to P3 from UECL?

It can run via the UECL and follow it as the engine line straight into P3. Perfectly permissable.

They are 25:xx in the timetable file. What you see on screen when clicking the TD removes the extra 24 hours.
The trains are not running 24 hours late.
