It's a bit like the IMDB (Internet Movie Database) but focusing on TV series. You can look up past (and future) scheduling, summaries (when available), who was in what episode, etc. You can use it to see when such-and-such a series was first aired, who starred, what the plot synopsis was, etc. It will also alert you to forthcoming episodes and premieres. You still have to resort to the TV to watch them though. You cannot obtain the series from the site, just info on it. Regards, NR Last edited: 14/03/2012 at 23:13 by nroberts Log in to reply |

after today final episode next week :S it'd be great if bbc had did something about the tube more specific eg. actual real working life of driver/controller without disturbing them although it kind of was shown in the 2003 series Log in to reply |

Just watched the last episode (6) of the series - about what happens at night after LU closes. Interesting bit about stabling trains and cutting power to various lines for maintenance. Fascinating insight into control of actual power to lines, quite apart from signals. Had me wondering whether this could be worked into SimSig TTs a bit more. Do we have failed points (point motors) as well as failed TCs, in our sims? Maybe worthy of further development. Liverpool Lime Street comes to mind, or maybe a sim based around Northumberland Park Depot (about 13:30 in the episode)? Log in to reply |

Interesting bit about stabling trains and cutting power to various lines for maintenance.provided you have failures on, points can fail, you can also manaully set the chance of them failing in the F3 options menu. it isnt just motors that fail, bits of dirt and ballast can get caught in the blades preventing full detection for instance regards "after hours activities" my oxted 93 timetable has ballast trains taking possessions, and the 1993 edingburgh timetable has OTMS working all over "We don't stop camborne wednesdays" Last edited: 29/03/2012 at 11:55 by jc92 Log in to reply |

Thanks for the feedback. What does OTMS mean here? My guess is TM stands for Track Maintenance. Last edited: 29/03/2012 at 12:20 by maxand Log in to reply |
