If a pop up message eg. Train ready to start, appears while I am scrolling, the diagram takes over control and scrolls all the way to the right hand end. I cannot find a way to stop it. This in itself is traumatiuc enough when you are in the thick of a crisis on the Edinburgh sim with 10 screens to scroll. Worse is to come when I try to regain manual control but whichever screen I move to the gremlin drags me back to the right. The only way out is to save and close the sim and restart. Any suggestions?

Press and release the right arrow, that should stop it.

Reminds me of an identical issue which seems to have already been sort of resolved.

I too have experienced this problem and usually resorted to the same solution as frankwball (ie save, close and reload). I have since tried sacro's suggestion and it does the trick.
