Is anyone able to advise on typical traction for NR trains? (other than the NMT HST)

Thanks!

31s and 37s (in typical NR yellow), with the 37s having been used on the Cambrian Line resignalling recently.

And don't forget the Class 73s which are cleared to run down Moorgate tunnels. The last time I saw it at Moorgate station it was Top & Tail (T&T) Class 73s in, I believe, Network Rail yellow with a couple of yellow Network Rail coaches (about 4 or 5) in-between them. Of course it runs on Third Rail with the Diesel engine switched off* whilst down the tunnels and the power change-over happening at Drayton Park, as you might expect.

The last time I saw this it ran in the evening, after the last passenger train had departed and came from, I think, South London - possibly even Selhurst depot.

* = That is, if they remember to switch it off! I recall hearing that they forgot to do it once!

Any views and / or opinions expressed by myself are from me personally and do not represent those of any company I either work for or am a consultant for.

What's the typical coaching stock used? Also, are 150/950's still used at all?
