Many thanks for the updates and effort involved. 1 comment and 3 possible error/ bug reports after loading the changes:

1) Are users supposed to be seeing the fringe activities around Philips Park and Piccadilly? I quite like it!

2) Just loaded the game using my own 1985 timetable and was advised that an error condition had been recorded in the loader log. The simulatioon loads OK and appears to run, but the info below was logged. Hope it's of assistance.

CompilerVersion: 4.7.1
CompileDateTime: 2018/07/07 13:52:30
YSLOT_GB_AVENUE-PUL: ID not found in GetObjectArray (PUL): U1373AD
Simulation loaded

3) BUG1? - Signal GB969 does not seem to clear when a train is standing in the Up & Down Loop east of Guide Bridge. See attached screen print. Train has been timetabled to sit at Guide Bridge end of loop to await loco, rather than use default location.

I can only apologist for the issues which I've put into this update. This should be correctly resolved in the update which I believe is being pushed as I type (1.5.1)

No apology required. Stuff happens. It's great that M/cr East is getting even better than it already was.

I've just routed 6E06 from Ashburys towards Philips Park South Junction and then routed behind that 5J51 bound for Newton Heath but both trains have re-entered at Baguley Fold Junction when only 6E06 should have done? Overall though, I'm loving the sim and have already put many hours into it!

Just to confirm that the 3 items I raised on Saturday evening are all fixed in the latest release. Many thanks for that.

I've spotted what appears to be a bug introduced in the latest version of M/cr East. It affects trains moving from Piccadilly to Ashburys sidings via the bi-directional goods line. Basically the locations previously used for timetabled moves no longer appear to be valid. See the attached V1.1 1989 timetable in which 6H21MX-0550 and 6M08MX-0451 no longer validate correctly, having been fine in V1.0.

A third train - 5J41-1248 - also failed to validate, but inserting Ashburys as a location for the route Ashburys sidings - Piccadilly via the reversible goods line seems to have fixed that problem.

Found fixes for the above problems and released new version of the 1989 timetable which covers them, but in doing so identified three further issues that may be bugs in M/cr East v1.5.1:

1) Signal AS987 not clearing for trains leaving Ashburys Yard via the Up Arrival.
2) Unable to obtain release for Ashburys Reception (Ardwick TMD)
3) Approach warning not being given for trains from Brewery Sidings to Baguley Fold Jn.

Trains can be cautioned past red signals to get around items (1) & (2). See attached saved file for illustration of problems.

1 - I've fixed thi. for some reason the signal was trying to set as a main aspect route. This should have been a sub. Fixed for the next update.

2 - Unable to reproduce this. Sorry I have to ask the obvious first, but did you try phoning the yard. Tried with your 6H21 and he was accepted without issues.

3 - Are you meaning that you dont see him in the appropach berth as soon as he enters the sim? If so, there is a few second delay before the off sim onwards route is set at Philips West Junction. The same would apply with trains going to Ashburys in this situation coming from eitehr Miles Platting Junction or Brewery Junction

Thanks for your usual quick response.
1) Noted: thanks
2) Good question! My error of forgetfulness, compounded by the way users obtain a clearance for the goods line directly above by clicking on the empty circle.
3) Exactly that. All other entrances produce the usual "ping" when a train enters the area, but neither Miles Platting nor Brewery Sidings do so.

6H36 from New Mills stopped at RJ38, detached lco, and ran around happily around Wododley before shunting off RJ35 to head the train into Bredbury.

However, it's not cleared the points so I have had to manually reverse the train to force it to reach "RJ34 (rev)" and pull out of the control area.

Sim 1.5, Groundhog 0000 1.1.3, Loader 4.8.2. Attached is where I'm at.

Thanks
Jamie

Signal SE7058 displays double yellow when the next signal SE7054 shows red. Signal SE7056 is shown as a repeating signal so shouldn't count in the signalling system.

I'm not sure what you mean by shouldn't count. This aspect sequence is correct. A repeater is a signal that cannot display a red aspect (like a distant signal) . It is still spaced to provide suitable braking distance from the next signal so does "count" for signalling. Are you thinking of a cooacting signal or a banner repeater?

While looking into train fans problem I did notice however that reddish South I'd shown as being on the south side of the Denton line rather than the North which is how its displayed on Stockport sim. North is correct.

Just to be clear, and I'm agreeing at one sim is wrong. Stockport is correct?

The simulation is correct.

SE7056 is a repeater/distant signal. Would have been numbered SE7054R in the old style. It is part of the signalling sequence, it just cannot display a red aspect.

Don't confuse with a banner repeater which, you're right, don't count.
