Hey all! I bought the Wembley Main licence yesterday, and it was running fine for about an hour into it, then it suddenly sent the below message to me, and there was no way that I could save it or anything, so I lost my progress. To my knowledge, my account information is only on 1 other device which is not being used, so I was wondering if it is some long standing problem. I just got the same issue again, and I was wondering if there is any way I can save my progress as I don't want to start again. Thanks! Myth ![]() Post has attachments. Log in to view them. MythTrain in post 160533 said:Hey all!Hi Myth, Yesterday we were experiencing some problems with our server which should now be rectified. This would explain the issues you were facing. For the problem you have had today, did you allow your machine to go to sleep whilst playing? There does appear to be a case where on some Windows 10/11 machines the network adapter powers down when the computer goes to sleep and can cause this issue. If you are not planning to use the sim on another machine in the short term then you can always lock the licence to your machine for the session. You can do this by right clicking on "Wembley Mainline" in the new simulation list and locking the licence to machine. When you're finished, you can do the same to unlock the licence. We apologise for the inconvenience that these technical gremlins over the last day or two have caused! Cheers Log in to reply |

Hey there! Thank you so much for the help, yes I do think I did allow it to sleep, so maybe that's why haha - however it was paused. I'm trying now, and hopefully it will work. I'll save it before turning it off. Thanks! Myth Log in to reply |

AFAIK the sim does save the actual position in this case.
